Peaceful Teachings of Dalai Lama  

The Dalai Lama  is a monk of the Gelug or “Yellow Hat” school of Tibetan Buddhism . The 14th and current Dalai Lama is Tenzin Gyatso.

Tenzin Gyatso , the 14th Dalai Lama received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989, and is known for his advocacy for Tibetans worldwide and his lifelong interest in modern science.

He has been teaching the Tibetan Buddhism and the important of compassion as the source of happy life. Teachings are simple yet so powerful if one can implement in their life, he/she will take positive turn in life , feeling relaxed and content.
